Every Mambobaby® float undergoes a final safety and quality check before being dispatched. Orders are typically processed and handed over to our couriers within 1-2 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also track your order at any time on our Track My Order page.

Duties & Taxes

For our customers in the USA, Australia, and the UK, orders typically fall below the de minimis tax threshold, meaning you will not have to pay additional customs duties. For other regions, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
