Every Mambobaby® float undergoes a final safety and quality check before being dispatched. Orders are processed and handed over to our verified global courier partners within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Note: Total time to delivery equals processing time plus transit time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace its journey. You can monitor your package milestone updates directly through our Track My Order interface.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For cross-border shipments, import values may occasionally be subject to local customs evaluations. While major destinations like the United States generally fall under standard import duty minimum thresholds, any auxiliary local entry taxes or regional customs handling declarations remain the final responsibility of the destination importer (the customer).

Missing or Lost Packages?

In the rare event that your package stalls or is compromised during transit, Snuggly Surprises Limited provides a comprehensive shipping safety guarantee. We will coordinate directly with the delivery service to trace your asset or authorize a prompt replacement dispatch if verified lost.
