We want you and your baby to love your Mambobaby® float. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact support@mambobabyfloats.com with your Order # and reason for return.
  2. Get Your Local Label: We will provide you with the address of our nearest local return hub (we have centers in the USA, Australia, and the UK).
  3. Pack & Ship: Ensure the float is in its original packaging and unused condition.

Note: To keep our prices competitive and offer free global shipping, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our local hubs unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Every Mambobaby® float undergoes a 5-point safety inspection. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will send a free replacement immediately or issue a 100% refund. We cover all costs in this scenario.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our local hub, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 3-5 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund is issued.
